OREM The Bank of American Fork is asking the public to help collect teddy bears for children and families in crisis as part of its the ninth annual Project Teddy Bear.
Bears can be donated at any one of the bank's 11 branches in Salt Lake and Utah counties through Dec. 16.
The bears will go to the Family Support and Treatment Center in Orem and the Family Support Center in Midvale to aid children and families who are in crisis. People who donate a stuffed animal will receive a limited-edition set of teddy bear tree ornaments.
