Quinney knocked down 11-of-16 shots and 13-of-15 free throws to lead the Thunderbirds (2-4).
Davis Baker chipped in 22 points with five rebounds and a pair of steals for the Thunderbirds.
Dave Marek led the Thunderbirds with a season-high six assists, while Cory Davis came off the bench to dish out nine dimes and Mike Josserand had four despite being limited to 19 minutes because of foul trouble.
