Utah Jazz: Banged-up Jazz trying to find some consistency

"It's getting stronger," said Williams, who earlier expressed reluctance over playing in both games of back-to-backs. "It feels good.
"I think a lot of it is mental," he added. "I've just got to get over that mental factor."
Sloan, meanwhile, just wants his banged-up bunch to get over its consistent inconsistency.
"It's a sad commentary," said Sloan, who notched his 1,100th career NBA coaching victory when the Jazz handily beat the Kings by 26 just four nights ago," that some guys play hard on one night and they don't play hard the next, and they get paid the same amount."
Williams, for one, seems to understand his coach's frustrations.
"You can't feel sorry for yourself," he said Monday. "We've got to go out and play. We've had some winnable ballgames, but we just haven't played well. So we've got to get everybody's confidence up, and go out and put together a couple good games.
"If we have the energy, if we have the intensity we should on both ends of the floor," the Jazz point added, "we should win ballgames."
