A man accused of disguising his face with men's underwear during an attempted robbery this week has been charged.
The 48-year-old man was carrying a grocery bag and a knife when he walked into the Central Valley Golf Course, 680 W. 3000 South, and demanded money Monday, according to charges filed Wednesday in 3rd District Court.
During a struggle with the would-be robber, a golf course employee suffered a deep cut on his hand and ear, according to court documents. The man then ran out of the clubhouse and was chased down by two people on a golf cart, the charging documents state.
A Murray man has been charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony.
