"That's what I do I get guys easy shots," said Williams, who returned to log another four-and-a-half minutes in the fourth a quarter in which the Jazz led three different times by a game-high 27 points.
When all was done, Paul Millsap had a 24-point and 16-rebound double-double while making his third start in Boozer's place at power forward, Okur (who also had 10 boards) and Brewer had 21 points apiece, Miles had 13 and Williams himself had scored 11.
Andrei Kirilenko added another 17 points off the bench for the Jazz, who resume a four-game homestand Friday night against Sacramento with the start of a back-to-back set in which Williams may or may not play both games.
"I'll see how it feels in the morning, see if I'm going to go back-to-back," said Williams, who suggested he'll probably at least go Friday.
"It's pretty sore right now," he added. "I don't know where I'm going to go from here."
But for the time being, and until Sloan's deck is back to full count, he's more than happy to simply play the part of facilitator.
"I know my limitations right now," Williams said.
