Jon & Kate Plus 8 (7 a.m.-11 p.m., TLC): It's a whopping 16 hours of this addictive show about married couple John and Kate, their young twins and their younger sextuplets. It will make you feel like your house is an island of calm.
Rocky Marathon (Versus): It's everything but the Rocky Balboa film Rocky (7 a.m.), Rocky II (9:30 a.m.,), Rocky III (noon), Rocky IV (2 p.m.) and Rocky V (4 p.m.) to round things out. And then the first three repeat at 6 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 11 p.m.
