The Mentalist (8 p.m., Ch. 2): Patrick thinks the authorities have the wrong man on trial for murder.

Dancing With the Stars (8 p.m., Ch. 4): A winner is declared in the season finale. There's a bit of a Utah tie — Derek Hough, who's partnered with Brooke Burke, was born in Utah and lived here as a child. But, unlike his sister (two-time winner Julianne), he didn't attend high school here and doesn't consider Utah home.
