As a reply to Tom Barberi (Readers' Forum, Nov. 21) we agree that talk radio — with its Rush, Hannity and others — is definitely conservative. But if you listen, you will hear occasional praise for individual Democrats and condemnation for individual Republicans. These talk radio hosts are espousing ideas rather than politics. Being a conservative myself, I listen and sometimes get a little upset because of the numerous interruptions for commercials. For some unknown reason, businesses like to spend their advertising dollars where their ads will be seen, heard or read by consumers.
