Forest Service not at fault

The trauma and loss of a child mauled by a bear cannot be minimized in any sort of way. The loss is tragic. Anyone going camping in wild country has to know wild animals live there! Wild animals are going to live and act wild. Is it the Forest Service workers' job to warn and remind every camper that they are in wild animal territory and wild animals are near? It seems a great waste of time and taxpayer money to be forced to defend our dedicated Forest Service workers when it seems clear that warning signs were ignored and safety precautions were not taken, hence the family placed themselves in harm's way.
