A town hall meeting on aging issues will be held Wednesday night in conjunction with the ongoing Deseret News series "Gray Area: Utah As It Ages" at the Salt Lake County Government Center, north building, 2001 S. State.
Experts from various agencies will be on a panel to discuss and answer questions regarding caring for a parent or spouse, legal matters and access to resources such as Medicaid.
The evening will begin with a reception at 6 p.m. featuring photographs from the series by Deseret News photographer Laura Seitz. The panel discussion will follow at 7 p.m.
Sponsors include Salt Lake County Aging Services, Utah Division of Aging and Adult Services, Adult Protective Services, Utah Coalition for Caregiver Support and Utah Commission on Aging.
