CHESAPEAKE, Va. — The trial of a man accused of killing one Mormon missionary and wounding another is scheduled to begin Monday in Chesapeake.
James Boughton Jr. is charged with first-degree murder, malicious wounding, attempted malicious wounding and three firearms violations.
