I can't believe that Donald Royce Williard was released from jail after a few hours because of overcrowding. He was caught exposing himself to a 12-year-old girl at a school playground. He has done this several times before. I don't care whether you are Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative, if a society can't or won't protect its children then that society is doomed to fall into oblivion.
