A stack of new DVDs awaits

The following DVDs will be released Tuesday, unless otherwise noted:

"Beer for My Horses" (Lionsgate, $27.98) — Toby Keith and Rodney Carrington stars in this made-for-television comedy about cowboys who accidentally cross paths with a drug lord.

PG-13 (violence, vulgarity, profanity, drugs, brief nudity)

"Dolphins" (Image Entertainment, $19.99) — Two-disc re-release of the IMAX format, 2000 wildlife documentary, which is narrated by Pierce Brosnan and which features original songs and music by Sting.

Special features: Includes "The Making of Dolphins" mini-documentary and digital copy of the film for PCs.

Not rated, probable G (nothing offensive)

"Hellboy II: The Golden Army" (Universal, $29.98) — *** Like its 2004 predecessor, this cheeky action-thriller about a heroic demon (Ron Perlman) is very much an acquired taste.

Special features: Three-disc "special edition" ($34.98) includes behind-the-scenes footage, outtakes and a digital copy of the film for PCs. "Collector's set" ($64.98) also features three discs and a collectible mini-bust.

PG-13 (violence, gore, profanity, vulgarity, torture, nude art) —Jeff Vice

"A Hundred Miles or More: Live From the Tracking Room" (Rounder, $19.98) — Concert film featuring Alison Krauss and Union Station, as well as guest performances by Brad Paisley, James Taylor and others.

Not rated, probable G (nothing offensive.)

"Kung Fu Panda" (Paramount/DreamWorks, $29.99) — ***A pretty goofy and mostly good-natured comedy, though it is a little violent for an animated kids movie. Jack Black stars as the title character.

Special feature: "Kung Fu Panda Two-Pack" ($34.99) includes "Secrets of the Furious Five" animated mini-feature.

"The Living Sea" (Image Entertainment, $19.99) — Two-disc re-release of the IMAX format, 1995 wildlife documentary, which is narrated by Meryl Streep and which features original songs and music by Sting.

Special features: Includes "The Making of The Living Sea" mini-documentary and digital copy of the film for PCs.
