Bambara executive chef Dave Jones will be leaving to take over as executive chef at Log Haven. He is replacing Kevin Donovan, who is taking a post with Park City Mountain Resort. Jones was Log Haven's chef for 10 years before leaving in 2005. Since then he worked as the corporate chef for Trio Restaurant Group, then for Sysco Foods. Last year he became executive chef for Bambara.
Bambara's management is conducting a national search for Jones' replacement.
