A preliminary hearing has been set for a man accused of gunning down another man in the driveway of a Salt Lake home.
Richard Sean Craft II appeared in court Friday, and a preliminary hearing was set for Dec. 18. Meanwhile, Craft will remain in the Salt Lake County Jail with bail set at more than $1 million.
The 21-year-old Craft faces a first-degree felony murder charge in connection with the August shooting death of Ryan Agar. Police said Craft shot Agar three times at a home near 500 S. Elwood Place on Aug. 16.
