'Get Smart' among list of new DVDs

The following DVDs will be released Tuesday:

"All She Wants for Christmas" (Anchor Bay, $14.98) — Made-for-television, 2006 fantasy-comedy that stars Monica Keena as a woman trying to save a struggling toy factory.

G (nothing offensive)

"Barbie in a Christmas Carol" (Universal, $19.98) — Direct-to-video, animated version of the beloved Charles Dickens tale. This one features the popular doll character.

Not rated, probable G (nothing offensive)

"Futurama: Bender's Game" (Fox, $29.99) — Third, feature-length spin-off from the popular animated series. This time, the Planet Express crew gets trapped in a fantasy world.

Special features: Cast and crew commentary, behind-the-scenes minifeatures, deleted scenes, preview of "Futurama: Into the Wild Green Yonder."

Not rated, probable PG-13 (violence, vulgarity)

"Get Smart" (Warner, $28.98) — ** — This mostly comic espionage thriller, based on the popular television series, is a little too heavy on big, loud, dumb action. Steve Carell stars.

Special features: Two-disc "special edition" ($34.98) includes deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes minifeatures, gag reels and preview of "Get Smart's Bruce & Lloyd: Out of Control."

PG-13 (violence, vulgarity, profanity, drugs, slurs, brief partial nudity)

"Henry Poole Is Here" (Anchor Bay, $29.98) — ** 1/2 — A low-key film that tries to say something substantive, instead of just going for the cheapest joke possible. Luke Wilson stars.

PG (profanity, slurs, violence, brief drugs)

"The Perfect Holiday" (Sony, $27.96) — ** — About what you'd expect from a holiday comedy daring to put "perfect" in its title. As in anything but. Morris Chestnut and Gabrielle Union star.

PG (profanity, vulgarity) —Roger Moore, The Orlando Sentinel

"Transsiberian" (First Look, $28.98) — *** —This independently produced suspense-thriller, starring Woody Harrelson and Emily Mortimer, has more twists and turns than the real-life train route.

R (violence, profanity, gore, torture, drugs, brief sex, vulgarity)

"Vexille" (FUNimation, $24.98) — Animated science-fiction/thriller from Japan, about an agent who must prevent robotic hordes from taking over the Earth. In Japanese, with English subtitles.

Special features: Two-disc "special edition" ($29.98) includes behind-the-scenes mini-features (animation, voice acting), TV spots and ads and preview of "Ichi."
