Flights between Salt Lake City, Mexico City announced

AeroMexico said Monday that it plans to launch two weekly, nonstop flights between Salt Lake City and Mexico City beginning Nov. 16.

Flights will depart from Salt Lake City International Airport at 2:25 p.m. and arrive at the Mexico City International Airport at 7:20 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays. Mexico City departures for Salt Lake City are scheduled at 10 a.m., with arrivals in Salt Lake City at 1:05 p.m. on the same days.

Connecting flights are available in Mexico City to cities 300 cities throughout the world, the airline said. The Salt Lake City route is expected to meet the needs of customers in Mexico and other Latin American countries who plan business and vacations to Utah.
