The following DVDs will be released Tuesday:

• "102 Minutes That Changed America" (A&E, $24.95) — Made-for-cable documentary about the Sept. 11 tragedies involving the World Trade Center.

Special features: "I Witness to 9/11" documentary short.

Not rated, probable PG-13 (violence)

• "Elite Squad" (Weinstein/Genius, $19.98) — Crime-thriller following police officials determined to clean up Rio de Janeiro's overcrowded "favelas," or slums. Portuguese with subtitles.

R (violence, profanity, drugs)

"Hell Ride" (Weinstein/Genius, $19.98) — * — This slavish Quentin Tarantino imitation becomes more obvious and annoying as the movie plays out. As a tribute to B movies, this earns an F.

R (violence, sex, nudity, profanity, vulgarity, drugs) —Randy Cordova, The Arizona Republic

"Journey to the Center of Earth" (Warner, $28.98) — ** — A story-thin version of the Jules Verne tale that comes as a 90-minute version of a ride attraction. Brendan Fraser stars.

Special features: 3-D version (also $28.98) comes with pair of polarized glasses for viewing in that format.

PG (violence)—Jeff Vice, Deseret News

"Kit Kittredge: An American Girl" (Warner, $28.98) — ** 1/2 — Young charmer Abigail Breslin ("Little Miss Sunshine") helps redeem this overly earnest mystery tale, set during the Great Depression.

Special features: Digital copy for personal computers and portable media players.

G (violence, slurs) —Jeff Vice, Deseret News

"Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead" (Troma, $19.95) — Another typically, tongue-in-cheek horror movie from the makers of the "Toxic Avenger" features.

Special features: Three-disc "eggs-clusive" special edition ($29.99) includes deleted scenes and outtakes, as well as the behind-the-scenes documentary "Poultry in Motion: The Truth Is Stranger Than Chicken."

Not rated, probable R (violence, gore, vulgarity, profanity)

"The Prince & Me: A Royal Honeymoon" (First Look, $24.98) — Direct-to-video sequel, this time following the newly crowned king of Denmark and his commoner wife as they leave on their long-awaited honeymoon.

PG (mild profanity)
