REGION 1

SYRACUSE 7, FREMONT 0: Braden Hamblin rushed 11 times for 57 yards and the lone touchdown of the game to lead Syracuse over Fremont. Hamblin also tallied 82 yards passing.

CLEARFIELD 26, WEBER 13: Clearfield had 400 total yards on offense. With Chase Neville getting 149 yards on 15 carries scoring two touchdowns as the Falcons got their first region win.

DAVIS 31, NORTHRIDGE 7: Tanner Hinds hopscotched his way through the field like he was in a football playground with 195 yards rushing and one score as the Darts routed region foe Northridge. Quarterback Gavin Fowler also completed 9 of 13 passes for 148 yards and two touchdowns.

VIEWMONT 9, LAYTON 0: Austin Duncan nailed three field goals for the only scoring as Viewmont blanked Layton. Kyle Bilbrey punted six times for 39.5 average, planting three inside the 20-yard line and two inside the 10 to consistently give Layton poor field position. Karl Williams had 31 carries for 110 yards in the loss for the Lancers.

REGION 2

BRIGHTON 31, HILLCREST 14: A.J. Allen rushed for 62 yards and three touchdowns on eight carries. QB Jace Felix went 7-11 for 133 yards and a TD. Kolby Koplin had two touchdowns and 221 total yards in the loss. Nick Merish had 12 tackles, 2 sacks and a forced fumble for the Jaguars.

JORDAN 41, SKYLINE 21: Alex Hart was 19-for-23 for 203 yards, ran for two TDs and threw for two more to keep Jordan undefeated in Region 2 with a win over Skyline.

ALTA 45, TAYLORSVILLE 0: The Hawks offense was led by Drake Eckholdt, who had 89 yards and four catches, Kava Afu, who ran for 34 yards and three carries, and quarterback Amman Olsen, who was 9-for-11 with 154 yards and three touchdowns. The Alta defense had a great night, allowing the Warriors only 38 total yards on offense.

REGION 3

WEST JORDAN 28, COPPER HILLS 6: The West Jordan rushing attack proved to be to much for the Grizzlies. The Jaguars picked up 17 rushing first downs in the win.

BINGHAM 41, HUNTER 7: Bingham had 374 total yards with Jake Soffe leading the way, going 13-for-18 with 214 yards and three touchdowns. Mike Edmunds caught four passes for 124 yards and two touchdowns for the Miners. On the other side of the ball, the Bingham defense held Hunter to only 183 yards and remained undefeated in region play.
