Measom, though happy to be playing and making a difference, was still upset with the outcome and the doldrums her team seems to be mired in.

"It definitely always feels better to play than not to play, but I'd also rather win than lose," Measom said."I think we have a good team and we can play really well, but there are just a few things that are hard to pick out. At key times we need to play better, and we just haven't been finishing it out."

Kayla Walker added seven kills for the Cougars, and Rachel Dyer and Bryn Porter added five each, but the entire team is searching for some consistency.
