ANKARA, Turkey -- U.S. warplanes on Friday bombed an Iraqi radar facility after being fired upon by Iraqi forces in the northern no-fly zone, U.S. military officials said. Iraq said one person was injured and buildings were destroyed in the attack.

BRITAIN

LONDON -- A comma in the wrong place of a sales contract cost Lockheed Martin Corp. $70 million, The Financial Times reported Friday. An international contract for the U.S.-based aerospace group's C-130J Hercules had the comma misplaced by one decimal point in the equation that adjusted the sales price for changes to the inflation rate, the London-based newspaper said. In Europe, commas are used instead of periods to mark decimal points.

ANKARA -- Turkey's parliament voted Friday to withdraw a military judge from the panel hearing the treason case against Kurdish rebel leader Abdullah Ocalan, a move aimed at deflecting international criticism that the trial is unfair.
