LOGAN — A woman accused of stabbing her husband to death has struck a plea deal with prosecutors.
Bonnie Rae Harper, 57, pleaded guilty on Wednesday in 1st District Court to a second-degree felony manslaughter charge in the death of James Harper, 48. In exchange, court records said Cache County prosecutors dismissed a class C misdemeanor intoxication charge.
Harper will be sentenced on Nov. 21.
Harper is accused of stabbing her husband in the back during a fight at their Logan home on Aug. 21.
