2 free seminars on buying a home

Thinking of purchasing a home? The Salt Lake City Library, 210 E. 400 South, will offer free seminars on "Home Buyer and Consumer Credit" on Thursday and Nov. 6, from 7-8 p.m.

Learn each step of the homebuying process from house hunting to closing.

From 8-9 p.m. on those nights, the library will present a "Consumer Credit Seminar." This informational seminar is designed so you can get the most out of credit scores and credit reports. Learn how the credit system works and what you can do to get a better credit card, auto loan or mortgage.
