The Utah Humanities Council will present its 20th annual Human Ties Award at the Rose Wagner Center for the Performing Arts, 138 W. Broadway, on Saturday at 6 p.m.
This year's award winners are:
• The Right Rev. Carolyn Tanner Irish Governor's Award in the Humanities.
• Kent Murdock and the O.C. Tanner Co. Friends of the Humanities Award.
• University of Utah Tanner Humanities Center Humanities Partnership Award.
• Ogden Valley Branch Library Human Ties Award.
• Afro-American Historical and Genealogical Society Human Ties Award.
• Alliance for the Varied Arts Human Ties Award.
