Free Davis job fair for workers 55 and over

FARMINGTON — Are you age 55 or older and looking for a job? The Davis County Events Center, 151 S. 1100 West, is hosting a free job fair for people 55 and older on Tuesday.

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. three employment agencies and more than 40 employers will be on hand and offering employment. Come dressed for a personal interview.

Workshops on resume writing, interviewing skills and job search and research skills will be available, and a "Dress for Success for Less" fashion show will be held at 11 a.m.

Specialists will be available to answer questions on Medicare, Social Security, Medicare fraud, weatherization, vaccines and other programs.
