West Valley to debate rules for mobile food carts

WEST VALLEY CITY — The West Valley City Council will hold a public hearing on the mobile food cart ordinance Tuesday at its 6:30 p.m. meeting. The full text of the proposed ordinance is available online at wvc-ut.gov along with the minutes of previous public meetings on the issue.
