FILLMORE Three people were arrested when a Millard County Sheriff's deputy responding to a complaint about a TV turned up too loud spotted drug use through the window of a home.
The Millard County Sheriff's Office said the deputy responded to a home at 185 E. 100 South, when he spotted three people inside "smoking what appeared to be a controlled substance."
"The deputy maintained surveillance on the home and occupants until other deputies could arrive to assist," the sheriff's office said in a statement.
A search warrant was obtained, and deputies seized marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Three people were booked into jail on misdemeanor drug possession charges.
