13. Pleasant Grove (0-1) Class: 5A
Was: 10. Points: 158. Last week: Lost to Timpview, 10-6.
Outlook: Pleasant Grove didn't embarrass itself at all in close loss to defending 4A champs. Next up: at Provo, Thursday.
14. East (1-0) Class: 4A
Was: 16. Points: 138. Last week: Beat Snow Canyon, 29-26.
15. American Fork (1-0) Class: 5A
Was: 17. Points: 122. Last week: Beat Provo, 33-14.
Outlook: Several tough preseason tests await, including a date with Highland this week. Next up: vs. Highland, Friday.
16. Highland (0-1) Class: 4A
Was: 11. Points: 119. Last week: Lost to Mountain Crest, 26-21.
Outlook: Rams don't have any time to lick their wounds after falling to Mustangs. Next up: at American Fork, Friday.
17. Davis (1-0) Class: 5A
Was: 19. Points: 108. Last week: Beat Hunter, 27-0
Outlook: Sophomore QB Gavin Fowler showed fantastic poise against big and physical Hunter. Next up: vs. Brighton, Friday.
