Golf tourney to benefit abused kids

OREM — The Exchange Club of Utah Valley and the United Way of Utah County will host their annual Tee-Off Against Child Abuse Charity Golf Tournament on Wednesday.

The event, sponsored by Salisbury Development, will start at 8 a.m. at Thanksgiving Point, and interested golfers can still sign up for the charity event. The total cost for a foursome is $495 and includes 18 holes of golf with a cart. Prizes from Brent Brown Chevrolet and Legends Vintage Motorcycles will be offered for holes in one. Closest-to-the-hole and longest-drive contests, door prizes and lunch are also included.
