Parks began his career with Scottrade as a stock broker at the Midvale branch office. He has more than eight years of experience in the financial-services industry.
• Tiffany Galbraith has joined Zions Bank as an executive banking relationship manager in Salt Lake City. Galbraith has 10 years of banking experience. At another bank, she worked in several positions, including branch manager, assistant manager and personal banker.
• Wesley Smith has joined the Salt Lake Chamber as director of public policy. Smith will coordinate public policy deliberations, represent the chamber on various committees, as well as advocate and communicate the public policy priorities of Utah's business community. Before joining the chamber, Smith worked as an independent consultant. He has also been a policy analyst with the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C., and a partner in a local law firm. He also worked at the Office of Presidential Advance, the Office of the Vice President and the Office of Counsel to the President. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.
• Keith Sorensen has joined R&O Construction as senior manager/design-build specialist. Sorensen brings to the company more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Donald Fraser and Lee Boerckel have joined Windermere Real Estate/St. George LLC Inc. Both are sales associates in the Southland office. Fraser previously was employed with a realty company in Hurricane as a sales agent. Boerckel formerly was employed with a realty company as a sales agent and has construction, home-maintenance and general contracting experience.
• Paul Martin has joined the Response Agency as its new creative director. He has 27 years of experience in marketing.
