McAdams happy to be part of team
That would be the star-studded 2008 U.S. men's Olympic basketball team, not the '92 version which first earned the moniker.
"People were joking with me back in Provo, my teammates were telling me, 'Make sure you get a picture with this guy and that guy,"' McAdams said.
And he ended up with the last laugh over his former BYU teammates, since there were plenty of makeshift photo ops with heralded American hoopsters.
"I got all the pictures I wanted with them," he said. "It's been fantastic."
