• Matt Brown, Kevin Jepsen and the United States (1-1) will face perennial powerhouse Cuba (2-0).
• Ryan Radmanovich, Steve Green and Canada (1-1) take on Korea (1-0), which wasn't able to finish its Thursday game because of rain.

Lindsey Anderson gets her first crack at Beijing Games competition in National Stadium as the women's 3,000-steeplechase makes its Olympic debut with three qualification heats. The top finishers advance to Sunday night's finals.
