Auditiions
Please come prepared with a comedic monologue (memorized or not) performed in a British accent. Also, be prepared to read from the script. Must be able to act with a British accent. Men and women are needed ages 20 to late 50. Rehearsals begin Sept. 2.
The show dates are Oct. 17 through Nov. 8, directed by Kristi Meaders.
"Phantom of the Opera," Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., by appointment only, Children's Theatre & School of the Arts' Youth Stage, 237 S. State.
This is a dramatic version of the classic tale, written by artistic director Joanne Parker, first done in 1989. Auditioners need to come prepared with a 30-second monologue.

"Blithe Spirit," Pleasant Grove Players, Wednesday and Thursday, 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., at the Keith Christeson Theater, Pleasant Grove Library, 30 E. Center, Pleasant Grove.
Performance dates are Oct. 10-27, directed by Howard and Kathryn Little.
"One Act Plays," Ozone Productions, Friday and Saturday starting at 6 p.m., 266 E. 7200 South, Midvale.
