BYU golfer Robbie Fillmore led a group of three qualifiers for next month's U.S. Amateur golf tournament by shooting a 36-hole total of 137 Monday at Alpine Country Club. Also qualifying from a group of 70 golfers was 16-year-old Garrett Fotu of Alpine and St. George's Matthew McArthur, who both finished with 141 totals. Michael Wynn of Las Vegas and Steele DeWald of Park City both shot 142 and claimed the first and second alternate spots, respectively. The U.S. Amateur will be played Aug. 18-24 at Pinehurst, N.C.
