BOUNTIFUL — Curbside recycling will soon be mandatory in Bountiful.

The City Council is going to begin requiring the recycling by January. It is expected to cost residents about $3 a month.

The city is the second in Davis County to approve mandatory curbside recycling. Woods Cross signed on in April.
