Scott Draper chats with Eliza Williams in the new Eliza's Library in the Oquirrh View Community Center Friday in West Valley City. Draper's Eagle project involved setting up furniture for five Eliza's Libraries. Williams has metachromatic leukodystrophy, a degenerative neurological illness.
