The most runs a player has driven in before the All-Star break with number, player, team, year, games played before the break and the number of RBIs the player finished with at the end of the season:

103 — Hank Greenberg, Det., 1935, 76 games, 170 RBIs.

101 — Juan Gonzalez, Texas, 1998, 87, 157.

97 — Carlos Delgado, Tor., 2003, 95, 145.

96 — Manny Ramirez, Cle., 1999, 78, 165.

95 — Josh Hamilton, Tex., 2008, 90, ?.

91 — Preston Wilson, Col., 2003, 97, 141.

91 — Harmon Killebrew, Min., 1969, 96, 140.

90 — George Foster, Cin., 1977, 89, 149.

90 — Tony Perez, Cin., 1970, 88, 129.

90 — Tommy Davis, LA, 1962, 89, 153.

90 — Lou Gehrig, NYY, 1934, 73, 165.
