FOOTBALL: University of Utah football season tickets have topped 26,000 for the first time in school history, marking the fourth straight year the Utes have set a new record in season sales. The Utah ticket office confirmed that season sales have gone over 26,750 — well ahead of the old mark of 25,151 set last year.

Even with the record-setting sales, season tickets remain in all areas of Rice-Eccles Stadium. Tickets may be ordered online at utahutes.com, by calling 801-581-UTIX or at the Rice-Eccles Stadium Box office. Utah's 2008 home schedule features Oregon State, BYU and TCU, as well as UNLV, Colorado State and Weber State. Season tickets start at $85.

Utah has set a new season-ticket record every year since Kyle Whittingham became the head coach in 2005, and season sales have increased by over 7,000 tickets during that time.

BASKETBALL: Space is still available for the last University of Utah women's basketball camp set for July 28-30.

There will be a Future Ute camp for 2nd- and 3rd-graders from 9 a.m. to noon, and an All-Skill Camp for 5th- through 12th-graders from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For more information, call Matt Legerski at 801-581-4366.
