• Saturday, Aug. 16, 7 a.m.-noon, warblers on River Lane, Utah County. Meet in the southeast corner of the Sugar House ShopKo parking lot in time to arrange car pools and leave by 7 a.m. or meet in the REI parking lot at South Towne Mall in time to leave by 7:15 a.m. Call Deedee, 272-8060, if you plan to meet at ShopKo. Call June, 576-0103, if you plan to meet at REI.
• Sunday, Aug. 17, 8 a.m., hike and bird at Alta. Meet at the park and ride lot at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon at 8 a.m. Call Vivian Schneggenburger, 485-7342.
• Saturday, Aug. 23, 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Salt Lake International Center. Meet at the ShopKo in Sugar House at 7:30 a.m. Call Tim, 440-3035.
• Wednesday, Aug. 27, 7 a.m., Farmington Bay and nearby area. Meet inside the McDonald's just north of the Centerville exit from I-15 at 7 a.m. for breakfast and camaraderie or 7:30 a.m. to head out. Call Deedee O'Brien, 272-8060.
