KAYSVILLE Two 10-year-old boys were injured in separate incidents involving vehicles during Kaysville's Fourth of July parade.
A vehicle ran over the first boy's foot during the water portion of the parade. He was taken to Primary Children's Medical Center by his parents.
The other boy was walking alongside a trailer being towed. The wheel of the trailer caught the boy's foot and pulled him under, running over him. Because of possible abdominal injuries, the boy was flown to Primary Children's.
Both boys were recovering and were expected to be released soon, according to the Kaysville police.
