Every day, models and designers have a chance to showcase their work. This Saturday, "everyday" models and designers will have their chance to showcase their art in the "Modest Proposal" fashion show.
In conjunction with her new book, "A Modest Proposal," author Michele Ashman Bell organized the event to show women they can dress stylish while remaining modest.
In an e-mail interview with Mormon Times, Bell related how frustrating it was trying to find a prom dress for her daughter "something that was pretty, fashionable and not revealing," she wrote. It was such a challenge, Bell said her daughter would often end up in the dressing room in tears.
