What helps children be more creative?

Pretend play: dolls and figures, making up stories, becoming lions and tigers

Exploratory play: trying new things, touching, pouring, tasting, taking apart and putting back together

Games and puzzles: solving problems, making mistakes, getting from one point to another

Social play: interacting with other children, learning, communicating
