Mexican consuls call police to disperse big crowds
Consul officials who arranged appointments for 250 families had to call on police to disperse hundreds of others at the St. George Catholic Church.
The consulate provides identity papers or passports and helps parents apply for dual citizenship for children born in the U.S.
Projecto Latino de Utah director Tony Yapias says families who couldn't be served on Saturday will have to make an appointment to show up at the Mexican consultate in Salt Lake City.
