MormonTimes.com: Church members, missionaries help flood victims

Just as the floods in Indiana began to subside, another flood struck: the flood of yellow-shirted members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, there to dirty their hands in the service of their neighbors.

More than 400 Mormons donned yellow "Helping Hands" t-shirts Saturday and Sunday to help the people of Terre Haute, Ind. One woman looked around her home and told her husband they would need an army to clean up damage left by flood waters.
