Bullion Monarch Mining Inc. said Monday that it has acquired an additional 20 million shares of EnShale Inc., its majority-owned subsidiary.
Orem-based Bullion has mining interests in gold, silver and oil shale. It now owns 80 percent of EnShale.
The deal involved the transfer or rights that Bullion owned to oil shale mineral leases on Utah State Institutional Trust Land in Uintah County.
