LOGAN (AP) — Powder Mountain resort's plans to incorporate as a town are being put on hold.

Instead of incorporating in Weber County, the ski resort says it will try to get an agreement with Cache County officials so it can begin a massive development there.

The deadline for any agreement is at the end of August, and county officials say they still have several concerns about the project.

County Attorney George Daines says he wants to make sure the resort has enough money to make the project happen before it starts.
