HealthInsight, the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization for Nevada and Utah, has named 11 home health agencies recipients of its quality award. They were selected for demonstrating high quality health care and excellence in performance on publicly reported quality-of-care measures.
The awards were presented during the annual Utah Association for Home Care Convention and Expo in St. George recently.
To be honored, awardees had to reach at least the 90th percentile in national home health rankings.
Those honored are Caregiver Support Network, Murray; Central Valley Home Health, Nephi; Community Nursing Services, Midvale; Gunnison Home Health and Hospice, Gunnison; Haven Home Health and Hospice, Murray; IHC Homecare at Dixie, St. George; Love Healthcare, Salt Lake City; Millcreek Home Health and Hospice, Salt Lake City; South Davis Home Health, Bountiful; Southern Utah Home Care and Hospice, St. George' Superior Home Care and Hospice, Murray.
