SARATOGA SPRINGS An 11-year-old Saratoga Springs boy was airlifted to Primary Children's Medical Center Thursday afternoon in serious condition after being struck by a motorist while riding his bicycle.
Saratoga Springs Police Cpl. Aaron Rosen said the incident occurred just after 4 p.m. near state Route 73 and Commerce Drive and police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
Rosen said the boy suffered multiple serious injuries including a fractured leg, dislocated shoulder and a fractured femur.
