Jerald and Sandra Tanner say that within two hours of being served a lawsuit in 1999 by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints over posting of portions of the church's handbook on the Utah Lighthouse Ministry Web site, the Tanners removed the material from the site. A story in Thursday's paper indicated otherwise.
