WOODS CROSS A Taylorsville woman lost control of her scooter in heavy traffic and crashed into another vehicle.
Police say Michelle Rioja, 36, died Monday of a head injury. Her husband, David, was driving his own scooter when the accident happened in Woods Cross.
It backed up traffic for an hour for an investigation.
